Kortnie Lewis

Veterinary Technician

Kortnie Lewis grew up in Orem, Utah, where she spent countless hours volunteering at a therapeutic riding facility just to earn free riding lessons - and that’s where her love for horses began! Her first horse was a tall thoroughbred named Ginny, and later she trained and showed Arabians and Half-Arabians, including her favorite, SS Allstar.

Kortnie has worked as a medical assistant for years and still enjoys helping people; but she is thrilled to finally follow her heart and work with animals at Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Troy, and their three kids. She also loves to go boating, camping, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors together.
