Dr. Landon Fitzgerald
VETERINARian
Dr. Landon Fitzgerald was raised in Lofgreen, UT where he grew up on a cattle ranch and learned at a young age to appreciate ranchers, work hard and learned he loved working with cattle himself.
Dr. Fitzgerald earned his Bachelor of Science degree studying Animal, Dairy & Veterinary Sciences in December of 2016 from Utah State University. He then went on to graduate from the Utah State University/ Washington State University WIMU School of Veterinary Medicine Program in May of 2021.
Shortly after graduating, he started his first job as a mixed animal veterinarian at Ashley Valley Veterinary Hospital in Vernal, Utah where he enjoyed learning from the other veterinarians there, working with the people of Uintah County and officially starting his dream career of being a mixed animal veterinarian.
Dr. Fitzgerald and his family moved to Moroni, Utah in August 2022 and have loved Sanpete county! He is enjoying being a veterinarian here at Mt. Pleasant Hospital and looks forward to being able to diagnose health problems, carry out treatments, perform surgery, and help the Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital community.
Landon loves spending time with his family. His wife Misty, daughter (4) Henley, and soon to be son in November 2022. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and doing anything outdoors.
